Ltd. as the Vertical Head of HR spearheading their people agenda for approx. 5000 employees across India and Overseas delivery centres.

She was associated with global organizations across the industry and has experience in IT-ITES, BPM, Banking and Insurance space. Her last assignment was with WNS Global Services in addition to EXL Service, Dell International Services and CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd.
- A certified AGILE trainer, Upasana has acquired expertise in Common European Framework (CEPR), Behavioural Analytics and other significant industry specific programs. Her expertise in the field of Customer Service and Training is worth a mention. Upasana has spent most of her professional expertise into client relationship management, leadership communique, change management, employee engagement and satisfaction, senior leadership and middle management training and development
- Prior to joining The Jump Start family, Upasana has played a pivotal role in framing training methodologies, curation of customized user relevant content and modules, designed industry specific training programs, language enhancement content and delivery etc.
- In her past work assignments, Upasana has closely worked on enhancement of CSAT scores consistently by adopting the CEFR program, mapping customer persona by leveraging Behavioral Analytics, Mystery Shopping techniques, building voice capability, AGILE methodology, resolution check points etc. She has aced the conceptualization and deployment of the capability development framework in the BPM space

- Dr. Pathan has attended varied workshops during his academia experience such as: workshop on e-Governance organized by DIT, Govt. of Maharashtra, workshop on credit-based system organized by department of computer science and information technology and a three days’ workshop on Development of Minority organized by YASHADA Pune. He has successfully completed a certification program on ROOTS roadmap of outstanding educators in collaboration with SeGa group and NAMA Foundation, Malaysia

Under his leadership, The Jump Start aims to roll-out a chain of Training Centres under the NSDC and PMKVY Govt. schemes. These training centres will be designed and executed based on COFO and COCO model
